VRG S.A. with its registered office in Kraków ("Company"), informs that on March 1, 2022 it received from Mr. Jan Pilch, acting Of the President of the Management Board, a member of the Supervisory Board of the Company delegated to perform managerial duties, notification of transactions for the acquisition of the Company's shares referred to in Art. 19 (1) of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse, regulation on market abuse and repealing Directive 2003/6 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directive 2003 / 124 / EC, 2003/125 / EC and 2004/72 / EC ("MAR").
