Management Board of VRG S.A. in Krakow (the "Company"), under the leadership of the President, manages the Company and represents it outside. All matters related to the running of the Company, not reserved by the Act or the Articles of Association as the competence of the General Meeting or the Supervisory Board, fall within the scope of activities of the Management Board.
