Danuta Dąbrowska - Member of the Supervisory Board, Member of the Audit Committee

Ms Danuta Dąbrowska is a graduate of the Faculty of Food Technology at the University of Food Industry in Budapest. She has been a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) since 1999. She completed the Advanced Strategic Management, Strategic Finance and High Performance Management programmes organised by IMD in Switzerland. Ms Danuta Dąbrowska is also a graduate of the "Best-In-Retail" programme conducted by Harvard Business School.

She started her professional career in 1991 as a Financial Assistant in the Audit Department of Arthur Andersen in Warsaw. From 1993, she worked in the Warsaw office of Coopers & Lybrand, where she successively held the positions of Specialist, Senior Specialist and Manager in the Corporate Finance and Business Assurance departments. From 1997 to 2001, she worked for Ericsson in the Warsaw and Stockholm offices as Head of Finance and Business Assurance with responsibility for Poland and Asian markets. In 2002 she was appointed Chief Financial Officer of TP Internet. From 2004, as Member of the Board, CFO, she was responsible for the finances of ECCO Sko A/S in the regions: Eastern Europe and the Middle East. From 2009 to 2019, Vice President Finance for Eastern Europe and Emerging Markets, Pandora A/S.

Ms Danuta Dąbrowska has been a Member of the Supervisory Board of Santander Bank Polska S.A. since April 2014 and of BUDIMEX S.A. since May 2019. She was a Member of the Supervisory Board of Herkules S.A. from 2012 to 2017. From 2018 to 2021, she was a Member of the Audit Committee at the Polish Council of Shopping Centres.

According to the statement submitted, Ms Danuta Dąbrowska meets the independence criteria listed in Article 129(3) of the Act on Statutory Auditors, Audit Firms and Public Supervision of 11 May 2017 and arising from Rule 2.3. of the Code of Best Practice for WSE Listed Companies 2021 regarding the absence of actual and significant relations with a shareholder holding at least 5% of the total number of votes in the company.
