According to the information held by the Company, within the framework of the above-mentioned shareholder agreement: - Mr. Jan Kolański holds 2,000,000 shares of the Company, representing 0.85% of the Company’s share capital and entitling him to 2,000,000 votes, which constitute 0.85% of the total number of votes at the Company’s General Meeting; - Colian Holding Sp. z o.o. holds 3,594,107 shares of the Company, representing 1.53% of the Company’s share capital and entitling it to 3,594,107 votes, which constitute 1.53% of the total number of votes at the Company’s General Meeting; - Colian Developer Sp. z o.o. does not hold any shares in the Company; - Colian sp. z o.o. holds 54,961,557 shares of the Company, representing 23.44% of the Company’s share capital and entitling it to 54,961,557 votes, which constitute 23.44% of the total number of votes at the Company’s General Meeting; - Kolański Foundation Family Foundation holds 39,267,346 shares of the Company, representing 16.75% of the share capital and entitling it to 39,267,346 votes, which constitute 16.75% of the total number of votes at the Company’s General Meeting.
