Information provided on the basis of a notification received by the Company pursuant to Article 69 in conjunction with Article 87(1)(5) of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, the Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies, as amended, as well as on the basis of the number of shares held by the Company's shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on 25 June 2026. The information relates to shares held jointly by the parties to a shareholders' agreement comprising: Mr Jan Kolański, Colian Holding Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Opatówek, Colian Developer Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Kalisz, Colian sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Opatówek, and Kolański Foundation Family Foundation, with its registered office in Opatówek.
According to the information available to the Company with respect to the above shareholders' agreement:
- Mr Jan Kolański holds 1,300,000 shares in the Company, representing 0.55% of the Company's share capital and conferring 1,300,000 voting rights, representing 0.55% of the total number of voting rights at the General Meeting;
- Colian Holding Sp. z o.o. holds no shares in the Company;
- Colian Developer Sp. z o.o. holds no shares in the Company;
- Colian sp. z o.o. holds 33,461,557 shares in the Company, representing 14.27% of the Company's share capital and conferring 33,461,557 voting rights, representing 14.27% of the total number of voting rights at the General Meeting;
- Kolański Foundation Family Foundation holds 65,620,271 shares in the Company, representing 27.99% of the Company's share capital and conferring 65,620,271 voting rights, representing 27.99% of the total number of voting rights at the General Meeting.
