Lawyer, manager and marketing specialist. Mateusz Kolanski graduated from the University of Wroclaw in 2013, gaining knowledge in the field of law. He then continued his education at the Warsaw School of Economics, where he specialized in marketing and marketing strategies in 2014. In addition, in 2015-2016, he completed post-graduate studies also at the School of Economics - Academy of Companies, deepening his knowledge of business management.
In 2014, he began his lawyer's apprenticeship until he became a licensed professional lawyer. In December 2023, he graduated from the School of Economics with a Master of Business Administration degree.
His professional career spans a variety of experiences, from working as a sales representative at Dawnka S.A., to marketing at the same company, to legal assistance at Impel S.A. and paralegal at law firm Dewey & LeBoeuf Grzesiak s.k. He spent the following years as a legal aid at Colian S.A. and a trainee attorney at the Law Office of Leszek Zgutka.
From January 2015 to November 2023, he was a member of the Management Board at iPrawnicy Sp. z o.o., and from February 2016 to November 2023, he worked at Colian sp. z o.o., serving as a lawyer, proxy and advisor to the Management Board.
Mateusz Kolanski was appointed to the Supervisory Board of VRG S.A in January 2021. From June 2021 to November 2023, he served as Chairman of the VRG S.A. Supervisory Board. On November 28, 2023, he was appointed Chairman of the VRG S.A. Board of Directors. Since December 2023, Mateusz Kolanski has also served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board at DCG S.A.
