VRG S.A. based in Krakow (hereinafter: Company), in reference to the publication dates of periodical reports in 2022, announced in the current report no. 3/2023, pursuant to article 19 (11) of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) – notifies that in 2023 the following closed periods apply:
a) 6 March 2023 – 5 April 2023 – closed period prior to the preparation and publication of annual report and consolidated annual report for 2022;
b) 17 April 2023 – 17 May 2023 – closed period prior to the preparation and publication of the consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2023;
c) 25 July 2023 – 24 August 2023 – closed period prior to the preparation and publication of the consolidated semi-annual report for the first six months of 2023,
d) 16 October 2023 – 15 November 2023 – closed period prior to the preparation and publication of the consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2023.
