Piotr Łagowski is a graduate of the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw, where he obtained a Master’s degree in Management.

• For over a dozen years, he has been running his own business under the name PLCF Piotr Łagowski Doradztwo Gospodarcze, offering strategic financial advisory services as well as M&A consultancy. He is currently (or has been) a member of the supervisory boards of the following companies:
- Since 2021 – Chairman of the Supervisory Board of W.KRUK S.A., a subsidiary of VRG S.A. (a company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange),

- 2016–2020 – Member of the Supervisory Board and the Audit Committee of Stelmet S.A. (a company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange),
- 2007–2019 – Member of the Supervisory Board, and from 2017 to 2019 also member of the Audit Committee of Colian Holding S.A. (listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange).
• 2005–2006 – Director of Development and Management Board Member at Boryszew S.A. and Impexmetal S.A. (both listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange), as well as a member of the supervisory boards of several companies within the Boryszew Group, including Hutmen S.A. (listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange);
