The Men's World Club is a loyalty program aimed at customers who, when buying Vistula and Wólczanka products, want to use the privileges prepared for holders of the Loyalty Card.
After making a purchase in the Vistula, Wólczanka or Lambert store, please complete the Loyalty Card form. From the moment you receive the card, we exchange your purchases for points. The points collected on the Loyalty Card can be exchanged for discounts which you can use when shopping in our showrooms.
The discount value depends on the number of points accumulated on the card. For details of the size of the discounts, please ask our Customer Advisors.

An additional advantage of the Men's World Club is a special offer for customers who will purchase in Vistula, Wólczanka or Lambert stores for a total amount of PLN 10,000.00. After exceeding this amount, customers receive a Gold Loyalty Card, entitling them to a 10% discount on all products offered at regular prices both in showrooms and online stores!
RULES OF "THE MEN'S WORLD CLUB" LOYALTY PROGRAM
The present regulations ("Regulations") specify the terms of participation in the "The Men's World Club" loyalty program ("Program") organized by VRG S.A. with its registered office in Cracow, Poland, entered into the National Court Register by the District Court for Cracow - Śródmieście in Cracow, 11th Commercial Division - National Court Register under the National Court Register (KRS) number 0000047082, Tax Identification Number (NIP) 675-000-03-61, National Business Registry Number (REGON) 351001329, with share capital in the amount of PLN 49,122,108.00 fully paid ("Organizer"), on the territory of the Republic of Poland.
In these Regulations, the following terms written in capital letters have the meaning assigned to them below:
1.1. Declaration means the application for admission to the Program, completed by the Participant in accordance with the Regulations, in electronic form via the Mobile Application or Online Stores;
1.2. "Participant" means a natural person who has been registered in the Program on the basis of a submitted Declaration completed in accordance with the Regulations;
1.3. "Loyalty Card" means the card issued by the Organizer to the Participant in accordance with the Regulations, identified by the number placed on the card (bar code), intended for collecting Points transferred to the Participant's Account;
In the case of joining the Program via the Online Store or the Mobile Application, the card has a virtual form and has a number assigned to it.
1.4. " Participant's Loyalty Program Account" means the account created on the basis of the Participant's data (name and surname) in accordance with the Regulations. The Loyalty Card (physical or in the form of a virtual number) issued or assigned to the Participant, is assigned to the Participant's Account;
1.5. "Reward" means a reward in the form of a service, discount, voucher or any other form specified in the Regulations and other materials issued by the Organizer. The reward is awarded to the Participant after meeting the conditions set out in the Regulations;
1.6 "Stores" means the Organizer's commercial establishments covered by the Program, run under the following brands: Vistula, Wólczanka, Lambert, whose current list can be found on: vistula.pl and wolczanka.pl;
1.7. "Online Stores" means Vistula and Wólczanka online stores run by the Organizer on the following Internet addresses: vistula.pl and wolczanka.pl;
1.8. "Partner" means a person or entity being a party to a separate agreement concluded with the Organizer, based on which it is entitled to award Participants Points in return for purchasing Goods and Services offered by it or in return for other Participant's activity. The partner is also a person or entity with whom one can exchange Points for the Organizer's Rewards;
1.9. "Points" means units (points) accrued to the Participant Loyalty Program Account in connection with the Participant's purchase of Goods or Services or other activity, in accordance with the Regulations, which entitle the Participant to receive the Reward; the number of Points awarded for the purchase of individual Goods or Services or activities is defined in these Regulations;
1.10. "Goods" or "Services" means those goods or services the purchase of which, in accordance with the Regulations, results in the transfer of Points.
1.11. "Mobile Applications" means the Vistula mobile application and the Wólczanka mobile application operating on mobile devices with Internet access and working on the basis of the Android, iOS or Windows operating systems, such as mobile phones, smartphones, PDAs or tablets, according to regulations concerning the usage of mobile applications.
II. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1. A participant may be a natural person who is 18 or older and has full legal capacity.
2.2. The Organizer's employees and the immediate family members of the Organizer's employees (i.e. descendants, ascendants, siblings, adopted persons) may not be the Program Participants.
2.3. The participant may have only one active Participant Account in the same period of time. All notifications to the Organizer referred to in these Regulations (in particular regarding blocking the card, complaints) may be made by the Participant only.
III. TERMS OF ACCESSION TO THE PROGRAM
3.1. Through the Mobile Application:
3.1.1. A person joining the Program through one of the Mobile Applications must download the Vistula or Wólczanka Mobile Application, set up an account in the Mobile Application, join the Program and fill in their data in the form provided via the Mobile Application. By means of the system, the Loyalty Card number is assigned to the Participant and a QR code is displayed in the Mobile Application. One account in the Program and one QR code is assigned to each Participant, based on the email address provided by the Participant.
By entering the Program again, entering a new e-mail address (other than the one previously provided when joining the Program), the Participant will be treated as a separate Participant, with a separate account in the Program. If the Participant joining the Program provides an e-mail address via the Mobile Application other than the one previously provided by the Participant, the Organizer shall not transfer Points between accounts.
3.1.2. The Participant is obliged to fill in the data box, providing her / his personal data in a full and truthful manner.
3.1.3. The Participant personally modifies her / his data and changes it in the Mobile Application. The Participant is not obliged to notify the Organizer about changes in data provided via the Mobile Application, but she/he bears all possible consequences resulting from their incorrect submission or failure to update them.
3.2. Through Online Stores:
3.2.1. A person joining the Program through Online Stores must register an account in one of the Online Stores, and from the position of the logged in Customer in the Loyalty Card tab complete the form of joining the Program.
On this basis, the Participant's account is created and the Loyalty Card number is assigned.
At the e-mail address provided by the Participant, the Organizer sends a message with the Loyalty Card number.
The Loyalty Card number sent to the e-mail address provided when joining the Program via Online Store may be used to integrate the Card with the account in the Mobile Applications on the following principles: download the Mobile Application to the mobile device and log in to the Online Store information (e-mail address and password), which will automatically integrate the Loyalty Card with the Participant's Loyalty Program.
IV. PERSONAL DATA
4.1. The Participant's personal data provided in connection with participation in the Program are processed by the Organizer, as personal data administrator, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) of 27 April 2016 (Official Journal No. 119, page 1) ("Regulation") for purposes related with participation in the Program and for purposes resulting from legitimate interests pursued by the Organizer, as well as pursuant to the consent of the Participant - for purposes consistent with the content of the consent granted, including for commercial and marketing purposes.
4.2. The Participant may also agree to receive commercial and marketing information from the Organizer by electronic means, in the form of SMS and MMS. In this case, personal data are processed by the Organizer based on the consent - for purposes consistent with the content of the consent, including for commercial and marketing purposes and for purposes related to the handling of the newsletter.
4.3. The data provided will be processed on the basis of Art. 6 par. 1 a), b) and f) of the Regulation for the purposes indicated in point 1 above.
4.4. Providing personal data by the Participant in the Program is voluntary, but necessary to participate in the Program. Failure to provide personal data prevents the participation in the Program. This does not apply to data processing for commercial and marketing purposes, which is performed only in case of voluntary consent, regardless of participation in the Program.
4.5. The Participant has the right to request from the Organizer access to personal data concerning her/him, the right to rectify them, delete or limit their processing.
4.6. The Participant has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time without affecting the legality of the processing, which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
4.7. Personal data will be stored for the period of participation in the Program, as well as after the participation of the Participant in the Program, for a period of time compliant with the provisions of law. In the case of processing personal data for legitimate purposes of the Organizer for the time of their implementation and based on the consent of the Participant - the data is stored until the withdrawal of consent.
4.8. The Participant has the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the for Personal Data Protection Office (and before the date of establishment of this office to the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection) when he / she considers that the processing of personal data concerning him / her violates the law.
4.9. The Participant's personal data will be processed in the form of analytical, sales and marketing profiling, in order to adjust the materials directed by the Organizer to the needs and interests of the Participant, and to make measurements that will allow the Organizer to improve the provided services. Binding decisions are not automated.
V. LOYALTY CARD
5.1 The Loyalty Card is granted on the basis of the Declaration after completing the form and accepting formal approvals. Each Loyalty Card has a Participant's account on which Points are collected. Each Participant has a unique Loyalty Card number. The Loyalty Card as well as the Loyalty Card number cannot be used by third parties who are not the holders of the Loyalty Card.
5.2. The Program distinguishes the following types of Loyalty Cards:
5.2.1. "THE MEN'S WORLD CLUB CLASSIC" CARD - assigned to the Participant after meeting the conditions set out in point. 5.1. or above.
5.2.2. "THE MEN'S WORLD CLUB GOLD" CARD - assigned after historically exceeding PLN 10,000.00 (ten thousand zlotys) of turnover, recorded on the Loyalty Card "The Men's World Club Classic".
5.3. Each Participant may have only one active Loyalty Card, entitling him to accrue Points and exchange them for Rewards.
5.4. The Organizer is not liable for damages resulting from the loss of the Loyalty Card, including the unauthorized use of the Loyalty Card, including the exchange of Points for Rewards in the event that the Participant has not notified the Organizer about the loss of the Card in order to block it.
5.5. The Loyalty Card is valid during the term of the Program.
5.6. Benefits related to participation in the Program do not combine with other programs available at the Organizer or its Partners, unless the Organizer or Partners decide otherwise. The Participant, before completing the purchase transaction, makes his own choice, in which of the programs - in the Store, the Online Store or in the Partner's retail and service store – she / he wants to participate.
6.1. The Organizer grants Points to the Participant for the purchase of Goods or Services in the Stores and Online Stores. Points are accrued to the Loyalty Card starting from the second transaction of the Participant.
6.1.1. Points will be awarded after purchasing the Goods or Services in accordance with the principle:
a) in the case of the purchase of Goods or Services at a regular retail price (the regular price is the original price that was set when the collection was entered into the Stores or Online Stores of the Organizer) - 1 zloty spent on shopping in the Store or Online Stores = 1 Point,
b) in the case of the purchase of the Goods or Services with reduced price in relation to the regular retail price indicated in item a) above - 10 zlotys spent on shopping in the Store or in Online Stores = 1 Point.
c) in the case of purchase of Goods or Services in promotions and promotional campaigns, in particular in Promotions such as "Third for free", "Second for free", etc. - 10 zlotys spent on shopping in the Store or Online Stores = 1 Point.
6.2. In order to record Points on the Loyalty Card:
6.2.1 in the event of purchase in the Store: the Participant should present the Loyalty Card to the cashier in the Store, or QR code in the Mobile Application, before the transaction is finished (before printing the receipt). Points are saved in the Program system automatically after the cashier places the Card in a card reader, or scans a QR code in the Mobile Application, before the end of the transaction (before starting printing the receipt). The use of Points is possible after 48 (forty-eight) hours from the moment of the transaction for which Points have been accrued (receipt printout).
6.2.2 In the case of purchase in Online Stores: Points from the purchase are recorded in the Program's system after 30 days from the transaction and printout of the receipt. The Participant may assign a Loyalty Card (physical) to the account in the Online Stores; for this purpose one should register an account on www.vistula.pl or www.wolczanka.pl, log in and in the Loyalty Card tab save the Customer's card number, and then confirm the activation link sent to the e-mail address which was provided when creating an account in a given Online Store. After assigning the Loyalty Card to the Participant's account, the Points are saved in the Program's system after 30 days from making the transaction via the Online Store, confirmed by printing the receipt. The use of Points accrued for transactions made via Online Stores is possible after 30 days from the date of the transaction, for which Points have been accrued (and after printing the receipt).
6.3 It is not allowed to leave the Loyalty Card in the Store or to disclose the Participant's number in the Program or a QR code assigned to a given Participant, in order to save the Points later. Loyalty Cards left in violation of this subsection or the accounts of Participants who violate this section are subject to immediate blocking and detention by the Organizer. Further sanctions are applied in accordance with the Regulations.
6.4. Within one day, the Participant may make any number of transactions using the Loyalty Card. Points records on the Loyalty Card (to which the Participant's account is assigned) are made subject to point VI point 6.2 of the Regulations separately for each transaction after 48 (forty eight) hours from making each of them.
6.5. The only way to save Points is to make a real transaction by a Participant in the Store or Online Store, i.e. to purchase Goods and / or Services confirmed by a print-out of the receipt. If there are reasonable doubts as to the basis for registering the Points, the Organizer has the right to retain the Card in the Store and block the account, suspend the issuance of a Reward or granting a permanent discount, until the matter is clarified, and in the case of purchase in the Online Store, suspend the Reward or grant a permanent discount until the matter is resolved.
6.6. In the case of returns in Online Stores (as a result of withdrawal from the sales contract), Points related to such sales are deducted from the Loyalty Card or the Participant's Loyalty Program. If the Participant has used the Reward before subtracting the Points, the Organizer may request the return of the equivalent of the Reward in cash if the Participant made transactions or returns contrary to the principles of community life or good practices, in particular if transactions were made solely to obtain a Reward with the intention of withdrawing from the contract / contracts. This decision is made by the Organizer after considering the circumstances of the case.
6.7. The Participant who did not show the Loyalty Card or QR code via the Mobile Application when making transactions in the Store before its completion (before printing the receipt) does not receive Points. Participant who after issuing the Loyalty Card did not assign the Loyalty Card to his account in a given Online Store does not receive Points for the purchase in the Online Store.
6.8. Points will be deducted from the Participant's account by the Organizer if the Participant returns, if the return is admissible, purchased goods or services covered by the Program, for which Points have been awarded and will be refunded the value of these goods or services. This provision shall apply accordingly in the case of a price / remuneration reduction.
6.9. The Organizer may award Participants additional points if the terms of the promotion are met within the time specified in the terms of the promotional offer.
6.10. If the Points have been issued or awarded contrary to the Regulations, the Organizer will be entitled to annul the appropriate number of Points from a given Participant Loyalty Program.
6.11. Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
6.12. Points will be awarded for the purchase of Goods or Services under the MTM tailoring program in accordance with point. 6.1.1 item a.
6.13. The status of Points may be checked by the Participant in the Store, Online Store or Mobile Application, after the Participant has assigned the Loyalty Card to the Participant's Loyalty Program Account in accordance with the provisions of the Regulations.
6.14. Points collected by Participants on the Customer Account are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of their transfer to the Customer Account. After the deadline the Points which have not been exchanged for the Awards in accordance with these Regulations shall expire and shall be deducted from the Customer Account.
6.15. The Participant has the right to file a complaint in the event of no Points being accrued in exchange for purchases of the Goods or Services.
Complaints can be reported to the seller in the Store or sent to the Customer Service Department. In order to accelerate the procedure, the Organizer asks that a copy of the receipt acknowledging the fact of purchasing the Goods or Services covered by the Program, for which the Participant submits a complaint regarding the transfer of Points, is attached to the complaint. Each such a complaint is considered individually by the Organizer.
6.16. In the case of online orders placed prior to the creation of the Customer Account in the Online Store and before the integration of the account with the Card of the Loyalty Program, the Organizer does not record points in the Program.
7.1. Rewards and rules for exchanging Points for Rewards are set out in these Regulations or other materials published by the Organizer.
7.2. The Participant is entitled to exchange the collected Points for Rewards from the moment the Points are transferred to the Participant's Account, provided the Participant has collected enough Points necessary to receive the Reward selected by him.
7.3. Points accumulated on the Participant's Account can be exchanged for the following Rewards:
7.3.1. In the case of collecting 2,500 Points on the Participant's Account, the Participant may exchange Points for a discount to be used for the purchase of Goods or Services in the Stores participating in the Program, in the amount of PLN 200 (two hundred zlotys).
7.3.2. In the case of collecting 5,000 Points on the Participant's Account, the Participant may exchange Points for a discount to be used for the purchase of Goods or Services in the Stores participating in the Program, in the amount of PLN 500 (five hundred zlotys).
7.4. The Participant may collect the due Reward, in accordance with the above description, in any Store participating in the Program, in exchange for any transaction. The receipt of the Reward is not possible in Online Stores, with the exception of the permanent rebate assigned to the "THE MEN'S WORLD CLUB GOLD" Customer Card, referred to in point. 8.2. of the Regulations.
7.5. Rewards in the form of discounts are only available from regular retail prices (original prices). The regular price (original price) of a Good is considered the price valid at the time the collection is entered into the Stores.
7.6. Before making the transaction, the Organizer may request confirmation of the Participant's identity.
7.7. After completing the transaction as a result of which the Points are exchanged for a Reward, the number of Points corresponding to the amount of the Reward (2,500 or 5,000 Points) will be deducted from the Participant's Account, with the points allocated first being deducted first.
7.8. In the case of receipt of the Reward in the form of a discount referred to above, the Organizer will not refund the difference if the purchase value is lower than the discount amount.
7.9. The Participant, after a recognized complaint regarding the purchased Goods, for which the Reward was granted in the form of a discount, receives refund of Points used for such a transaction on the Participant's Account within 7 days from the day the claim was accepted.
VIII. DISCOUNTS ASCRIBED TO THE CARD
8.1. Loyalty Card "THE MEN'S WORLD CLUB CLASSIC" upon fulfillment of the condition referred to in point 5.2.2. of the Regulations, receives the status of the "THE MEN'S WORLD CLUB GOLD" card together with its benefits.
8.2. The holder of the "THE MEN'S WORLD CLUB GOLD" Loyalty Card receives a permanent discount of 10% - for all products at a regular price. The fixed rebate assigned to the "THE MEN'S WORLD CLUB GOLD" card is valid in the Stores. The permanent discount will be automatically assigned to the "THE MEN'S WORLD CLUB CLASSIC" Customer Card upon fulfillment of the condition referred to in point. 5.2.2. of the Regulations.
8.3 The "THE MEN'S WORLD CLUB CLASSIC" card has a 0% discount.
IX. END OF THE PROGRAM, EXCLUSION FROM THE PROGRAM
9.1. The Organizer may refuse to register in the Program if:
9.1.1. The Participant does not meet the requirements of the Regulations;
9.1.2. The Participant did not consent to the processing of personal data in connection with the participation in the Program, for purposes related to participation in the Program;
9.1.3. The declaration is filled incorrectly or the Participant's details have not been confirmed.
9.2. The Organizer may terminate the Participant's participation in the Program upon notification, if the Participant provided false data in the Declaration.
9.3. The Organizer may terminate the Participant's participation in the Program upon notification also if the Participant is not active in the Program for more than 36 months, the term being understood as the situation in which the Participant did not make the purchase connected with the entry of points on Loyalty Card, for a period of 36 months from the date of the last such entry.
9.4. The Participant may at any time resign from participation in the Program. Upon receipt of a written notice in this respect, all Points accumulated on the Participant's Account will be voided and the Participant's Account will be closed.
9.5. In the event of Participant notice of termination to participate in the Program, the Organizer is entitled to close the Participant's Account and to cancel all Points accumulated on the Participant's Account.
9.6. The program is valid for an indefinite period. The program starts with the announcement about its start. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the Program with prior notice, 60 days in advance.
9.7. In the case of termination of the Program:
9.7.1. The Organizer is obliged to place information about the termination of the Program's activities in the Stores and on the Organizer's websites, as well as to notify the Participants in the manner provided for in Chapter IX of the Regulations.
9.7.2. The Participant will be entitled to exchange the collected Points for Rewards within 60 calendar days from the date of notification by the Organizer about the termination of the Program.
10.1. The organizer is entitled to amend these Regulations of the Program with effect for the future.
10.2. In the event of changes to these Regulations, the Organizer will notify the Participants each time about changes made to the Regulations by placing the text of the amended Program Regulations in the Stores, on the Organizer's website and through other means of communication.
10.3. The amended Regulations will be valid after 30 days from the date of its announcement. In the event that the Participant does not agree to changes in the Regulations, he / she has the right to submit resignation from participation in the Program before the entry of changes into force. It does not exclude or limit the Participant's right to resign from participation in the Program at any time.
11.1. If the Regulations do not provide otherwise, the notification shall be deemed delivered to the Participant if it is sent by post to the address indicated in the Declaration, via e-mail to an e-mail address or as an SMS message to the Participant's mobile phone number. All complaints regarding delivery in the manner specified in this point will be recognized individually on the basis of the particular factual circumstances.
11.2. Notifications to the Organizer can be sent in the following way: by post to the address of the Organizer with the note "THE MEN'S WORLD CLUB" or by e-mail to the following address: email@example.com
11.3. These Regulations will be available, among others in the Stores and on the Organizer's website, i.e. www.vrg.pl
