VRG S.A., with its registered office in Kraków (the "Company"), announces that on 25 March 2024 it received from IPOPEMA Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw, pursuant to the provisions of the Act of 29 July 2005 on public offering and the conditions for introducing financial instruments to the organised trading system and on public companies, a notification that on 21 March 2024 an annex to the Company's shareholders' agreement of 26 September 2023 was concluded. As a result of the conclusion of the annex, a new entity has joined the agreement: COLIAN HOLDING sp. z o.o. The parties to the agreement are currently:
