Subject: Information on transactions in the Company's shares obtained pursuant to Article 19 of the MAR.
VRG S.A. with its registered office in Kraków (the "Company"), informs that on December 17, 2020, it received from Mr. Jerzy Mazgaj, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company, a notification of the transaction of purchase of the Company's shares, referred to in Art. 19 (1) of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse, the regulation on market abuse and repealing Directive 2003/6 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directive 2003 / 124 / EC, 2003/125 / EC and 2004/72 / EC ("MAR"). The content of the notification referred to above is included in the attachment to this report.
