Subject: Information on transactions in the Company's shares obtained pursuant to Article 19 of the MAR.
VRG S.A. with its registered office in Kraków ("Company"), informs that on November 24, 2020 it received from a person closely related to the person discharging managerial responsibilities, i.e. Mr. Jan Pilch, Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company, a notification of the transaction referred to in Art. . 19 (1) of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) No 596/2014 of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission 2003/124 / EC, 2003/125 / EC and 2004/72 / EC ("MAR"). The notification referred to above constitutes an attachment to this report.
