Subject: Third call to submit subscription warrant documents for dematerialisation. The Management Board of VRG S.A with its registered office in Kraków ["Company"] hereby informs that pursuant to Art. 15 sec. 1 and art. 15 sec. 3 of the Act of August 30, 2019, amending the Commercial Companies Code and certain other acts (published in Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1798) ["Act"], as of March 1, 2021, subscription warrants in the documentary form will lose their legal force.
According to Art. 16 of the Act, the Management Board of the Company for the third time calls on subscribers to submit subscription warrants entitling them to take up the Company's shares in order to dematerialize them. Documents should be submitted to the registered office of the Company against a written receipt, i.e. in Kraków, ul. Pilotów nr 10, 31-462 Kraków, p. IX, from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 17:00.
