Management Board of VRG S.A. with its registered office in Kraków ("the Company"), informs that the Supervisory Board of the Company on January 31, 2022 adopted a resolution to dismiss Mr. Radosław Jakociuk from the composition of the Management Board and perform the function of the Vice-President of the Management Board of the Company.
