Subject: Delegating a member of the Supervisory Board to perform the function of the President of the Management Board of the Company
The Management Board of VRG SA with its seat in Kraków (hereinafter: the "Company"), hereby informs that the Supervisory Board of the Company on December 2, 2021, pursuant to Art. 383 par. 1 of the Commercial Companies Code, adopted a resolution on delegating the Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company, Mr. Jan Pilch, to temporarily perform the duties of the President of the Management Board. The posting took place for the period from 11 December 2021 to 11 March 2022.
