Subject: Information on transactions in the Company's shares obtained pursuant to Article 19 of the MAR
VRG S.A. joint stock company with its registered office in Cracow (the "Company") informs that on September 10, 2020 received from Mr. Ernest Podgórski, Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company delegated to temporarily perform the duties of the Vice President of the Management Board for financial matters,, a notification about the transactions referred to in Article 19 section 1 of the Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April, 2014 on market abuse (Market Abuse Regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC ("MAR").
