Subject: Submission of a letter from an audit firm addressed to the Polish Financial Supervision Authority regarding partial termination of the agreement concluded by the Company with an audit firm authorized to carry out attestation of sustainable development reporting.
The Management Board of VRG S.A. with its registered office in Kraków (the “Company”), in supplementation of Current Report No. 4/2026 published by the Company on March 30, 2026, hereby attaches to this report a letter from the audit firm Grant Thornton Polska Prosta spółka akcyjna with its registered office in Poznań, received on April 1, 2026, addressed to the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, containing an explanation of the reasons for the partial termination by the Company, by mutual agreement of the parties, of agreement No. 10563 dated July 29, 2024 concluded with the above-mentioned audit firm authorized to attest to sustainability reporting.
