Subject: Resignation of a Supervisory Board Member
The Management Board of VRG SA with its registered office in Cracow ("Company") informs that on January 11, 2021, Mr. Ernest Podgórski resigned from the position of a Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company. The resignation takes effect on January 11, 2021. Legal basis: §5 point 4 in conjunction with §9 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the law of a non-member state.
