Subject: Dates of publication of periodic reports in 2023
VRG S.A. with its registered office in Krakow ("Issuer"), pursuant to § 80 sec. 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state ("Regulation") hereby announces the following deadlines for submitting periodic reports in 2023 year:
1) Consolidated quarterly reports:
- consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2023 - May 17, 2023.
- consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter of 2023 - November 15, 2023.
2) Consolidated semi-annual report:
- consolidated semi-annual report for the first half of 2023 - August 24, 2023.
3) Annual reports for 2022:
- annual report for 2022 - April 5, 2023
- consolidated annual report for 2022 - April 5, 2023.
The Issuer as the parent company, pursuant to § 62 sec. 1 of the Regulation informs that in 2023 it will not publish separate quarterly reports, therefore the Issuer's consolidated quarterly reports will contain quarterly financial information.
The Issuer as the parent company, pursuant to § 62 sec. 3 of the Regulation informs that in 2023 it will not publish a separate semi-annual report, therefore the Issuer's consolidated semi-annual report will contain abbreviated semi-annual financial statements together with the audit company's report on the review of this report and abbreviated additional information.
At the same time, the Issuer informs that pursuant to § 79 sec. 2 of the Regulation, in 2023 it will not publish the quarterly report and the consolidated quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2022 and for the second quarter of 2023.
