The Management Board of VRG S.A., with its seat in Kraków (the "Company"), announces that on 28 November 2023 Mr Mateusz Kolański resigned from his position on the Supervisory Board of the Company, including the position of Chairman of the Supervisory Board, due to his candidacy for the Management Board of the Company.
