The Management Board of VRG SA with its registered office in Kraków (hereinafter: the "Company"), hereby informs that on May 19, 2021, Mr. Ernest Podgórski resigned from the position of a Member of the Management Board of the Company, effective as of the date of the Ordinary General Meeting of VRG S.A. based in Kraków approving the Company's financial statements for 2020.
