Subject: Information on transactions on Company shares obtained pursuant to art. 19 of the MAR
VRG S.A. joint stock company with its registered office in Cracow (the "Company"), informs that on 28 May, 2019 it received from the person closely related to the person discharging managerial responsibilities, i.e. to Mr. Jerzy Mazgaj, the Chairman of the Supervisory Board, notification of the transaction referred to in art. 19 section 1 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April, 2014 on market abuse (Market Abuse Regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Directive Commission 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/ EC ('MAR').
