Subject: Termination of the agreement to act as the Issuer's market maker
The Management Board of VRG S.A., with its registered office in Kraków (hereinafter referred to as the Issuer), hereby announces that today it has filed a notice of termination of the agreement to act as the Issuer's market maker on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, concluded on February 6, 2019, with Trigon Dom Maklerski S.A., with its registered office in Kraków.
The agreement referred to above will terminate on January 31, 2026.
