VRG S.A., with its registered office in Kraków (“the Company”), announces that on September 21, 2026, it received from the Nationale-Nederlanden Open Pension Fund, represented by Nationale-Nederlanden Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A., pursuant to the provisions of the Act of July 29, 2005, on Public Offerings and the Conditions for Introducing Financial Instruments to an Organized Trading System and on Public Companies (“the Act”), a notification regarding a significant shareholding.
