Subject: Change of the date of publication of the consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2021.
VRG S.A. with its registered office in Kraków ( the "Company"), pursuant to § 80 sec. 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the law of a non-member state, informs about the change in the date of publication of the consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2021. which, in accordance with the current report No. 9/2021 of January 28, 2021, was originally designated for May 20, 2021.
The date of publication of the consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2021 has been postponed to May 27, 2021.
