Subject: Notification on significant blocks of shares
VRG S.A. with its registered office in Krakow (the "Company") informs that on September 1, 2023 it received from FORUM Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. with its registered office in Kraków, acting on its own behalf as a fund manager:
a) FORUM X Closed Investment Fund,
b) FORUM XXIII Closed-End Investment Fund,
notification pursuant to art. 69 sec. 1 point 2) in connection with joke. 87 sec. 1 point 2 of the Act of July 29, 2005 on Public Offering and Conditions for Introducing Financial Instruments to Organized Trading and on Public Companies, on the change in the number of votes held in the Company from 7.23% to 0% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Company.
