Subject: Dates for submitting periodic reports in 2026
VRG S.A. with its registered office in Krakow (the “Issuer”), pursuant to § 84(1) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of June 6, 2025 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing information required by the laws of a non-member state as equivalent (the “Regulation”), hereby announces the following dates for the submission of periodic reports in 2026:
1) Consolidated quarterly reports:
- consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2026 – May 21, 2026
- consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter of 2026 – November 26, 2026
2) Consolidated semi-annual report:
- consolidated semi-annual report for the first half of 2026 – August 20, 2026
3) Annual reports for 2025:
- annual report for 2025 – April 24, 2026
- consolidated annual report for 2025 – April 24, 2026
The Issuer, as the parent company, pursuant to § 63(1) of the Regulation, hereby announces that in 2026 it will not publish separate quarterly reports, and therefore the Issuer's consolidated quarterly reports will contain quarterly financial information.
The Issuer, as the parent company, pursuant to § 63( 3 of the Regulation, hereby announces that in 2026 it will not publish a separate semi-annual report, and therefore the Issuer's consolidated semi-annual report will contain semi-annual condensed financial statements together with the auditor's report on the review of these statements and condensed additional information.
The Issuer also informs that, pursuant to § 83(2) of the Regulation, in 2026 it will not publish a quarterly report and a consolidated quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2025 and for the second quarter of 2026.
