Legal basis: Art. 56 (1) (2) of the Public Offering Act - current and periodic information
Subject: Timing of periodic reports in 2025
VRG S.A. with its registered office in Kraków (the "Issuer"), pursuant to § 80 section 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (the "Regulation"), hereby announces the following deadlines for submitting periodic reports in 2025:
1) Consolidated quarterly reports:
- consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2025 - May 22, 2025.
- Consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2025 - November 13, 2025.
2) Consolidated semi-annual report:
- consolidated semi-annual report for the first half of 2025 - August 21, 2025.
3) Annual reports for 2024:
- annual report for 2024 - April 24, 2025.
- consolidated annual report for 2024 - April 24, 2025.
The Issuer as the parent entity, pursuant to § 62 sec. 1 of the Regulation, informs that in 2025 it will not publish separate quarterly reports, and therefore the Issuer's consolidated quarterly reports will contain quarterly financial information.
The Issuer as the parent entity, pursuant to § 62 sec. 3 of the Regulation, informs that in 2025 it will not publish a separate semi-annual report, and therefore the Issuer's consolidated semi-annual report will contain a semi-annual condensed financial statement together with an audit firm's report on the review of this statement and condensed additional information.
The Issuer also informs that in accordance with § 79 sec. 2 of the Regulation, in 2025 it will not publish a quarterly report and a consolidated quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2024 and for the second quarter of 2025.
