Subject: Timing of periodic reports in 2024
VRG S.A., with its registered office in Kraków (the "Issuer"), pursuant to § 80(1) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (the "Regulation"), announces the following dates for the publication of periodic reports in 2024:
1) Consolidated quarterly reports:
- consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2024 - 21 May 2024.
- consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2024 - 14 November 2024.
2) Consolidated half-yearly report:
- consolidated half-yearly report for the first half of 2024 - 22 August 2024.
3) Annual reports for 2023:
- annual report for 2023 - 11 April 2024.
- consolidated annual report for 2023 - 11 April 2024
The Issuer, as a parent entity, pursuant to §62 (1) of the Ordinance announces that it will not be publishing a separate quarterly report in 2024, therefore the Issuer's consolidated quarterly reports will include quarterly financial information.
Pursuant to §62.3 of the Regulation, the Issuer, as a parent undertaking, announces that in 2024 it will not be publishing a separate semi-annual report; consequently, the Issuer's consolidated semi-annual report will contain condensed semi-annual financial statements together with the auditor's report on the review of these statements and condensed supplementary information.
At the same time, the Issuer announces that, pursuant to § 79(2) of the Regulation, it will not publish a quarterly report and a consolidated quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2023 and for the second quarter of 2024 in 2024.
