VRG S.A. joint stock company with its registered office in Cracow ("Issuer") pursuant to § 80 sec. 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (the "Regulation") announces the following dates for submitting periodic reports in 2022 year:
1) Consolidated quarterly reports:
- consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2022 - May 20, 2022.
- consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter of 2022 - November 17, 2022.
2) Consolidated semi-annual report:
- consolidated semi-annual report for the first half of 2022 - August 26, 2022.
3) Annual reports for 2021:
- annual report for the year 2021 - April 8, 2022.
- consolidated annual report for 2021 - April 8, 2022.
The issuer as the parent company, pursuant to § 62 sec. 1 of the Regulation informs that in 2022 it will not publish separate quarterly reports, therefore the Issuer's consolidated quarterly reports will contain quarterly financial information.
The issuer as the parent company, pursuant to § 62 sec. 3 of the Regulation informs that in 2022 it will not publish a separate semi-annual report, therefore the Issuer's consolidated semi-annual report will contain a semi-annual condensed financial statement together with a report of the auditing company on the review of this statement and condensed additional information.
The Issuer also informs that pursuant to § 79 sec. 2 of the Regulation, in 2022 it will not publish the quarterly report and the consolidated quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2021 and for the second quarter of 2022.
