Subject: Notification on significant blocks of shares
VRG S.A. with its registered office in Kraków (the "Company") informs that on August 31, 2023 it received from Colian sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Opatówek ("Notifying Party") pursuant to art. 69 section 1 in connection with joke. 69a sec. 1 point 3 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering and the Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading and on Public Companies, notification of the purchase of the Company's shares by the Notifying Party (exceeding the threshold of 5% of the total number of votes in the Company) and thus increasing through the Colian Agreement (which includes: Jan Kolański, Colian sp. z o.o., Colian Developer Sp. z o.o. sp.k.) a share in the total number of votes in the Company above 10% as a result of the purchase of the Company's shares.
