Subject: Information on a transaction on the Company's shares obtained pursuant to art. 19 MAR
VRG S.A. with its registered office in Krakow (the "Company"), informs that on August 29, 2023, it received from Forum XXIII Closed-end Investment Fund being a person closely related to Mr. Jan Pilch, Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company, a notification about the transaction on the Company's shares, referred to in article 19 section 1 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse, the regulation on market abuse and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directive 2003/ 124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC ("MAR").
