Subject: Consolidated sales revenues and estimated sales margin achieved by VRG S.A. Capital Group in April 2019

VRG S.A. joint stock company with its registered office in Cracow (“the Company") informs that the consolidated sales revenues achieved in April 2019 by the Capital Group of the Company amounted to approximately PLN 83.1 million and were higher than revenues earned in April 2018 by approximately 46.7%.

Cumulatively, the value of sales revenues realized in the period January-April 2019 amounted to approximately PLN 297.5 million and was higher by approximately 37.0% than those achieved in the corresponding period of the previous year.

At the same time, the Company informs that the revenues from retail sales achieved in April 2019 by the Capital Group of the Company in individual operating segments were as follows:
a) Revenues from retail sales in the clothing segment (Vistula, Wólczanka, Deni Cler, Bytom brands) amounted to approximately PLN 55.2 million (including PLN Bytom 17.6 million) and were higher than revenues earned in April 2018 by about 61.5%. Cumulatively, the value of sales revenues realized in the period January - April 2019 in this segment amounted to approximately PLN 187.4 million (including Bytom PLN 56.5 million) and was higher by approximately 49.8% than in the corresponding period of the previous year.

b) Retail sales realized in the jewelry segment (W.KRUK brand) - amounted to approximately PLN 25.1 million and were higher than revenues earned in April 2018 by approximately 36.9%. Cumulatively, the value of sales revenues realized in January-April 2019 in this segment amounted to approximately PLN 97.4 million and was higher by approximately 25.8% than in the corresponding period of the previous year.

VRG S.A. informs that the consolidated sales margin achieved in March 2019 by the Capital Group of the Company amounted to approximately 54.0% and was lower than the margin achieved in April 2018 by approximately 0.6 pp. Cumulatively, the consolidated sales margin in January-April 2019 amounted to approximately 50.5% and was higher by 0.4 pp. than the margin achieved in the same period last year.

The company informs that the total retail area of the Capital Group as at the end of April 2019 amounted to 52.6 thousand. m2 (including 15.9 thousand m2 Bytom).
