Subject: Preliminary selected financial results of VRG S.A. and VRG S.A. Capital Group for the fourth quarter of 2020 and for the financial year 2020
The Management Board of VRG SA with its registered office in Kraków (hereinafter: the "Issuer") in the appendix to this report publishes the preliminary selected individual financial results of the Issuer and the preliminary selected consolidated financial results of the Issuer's Capital Group for the fourth quarter of 2020 and for the financial year 2020.
These financial data have been provided according to the current knowledge of the Issuer's Management Board as at March 29, 2021 and may change after the completion of the audit of the individual and consolidated financial statements of the Issuer for 2020. At the same time, the Issuer reserves that the final financial results for the fourth quarter of 2020 and for the financial year 2020 will be published in the annual report for 2020 and in the consolidated annual report for 2020, which will be published on April 16, 2021.
