2. § 20(6) of the Company’s Articles of Association has been amended to read as follows, replacing the previous wording:
“Unless the resolution provides otherwise, a resolution of the Supervisory Board shall take effect on the date it is adopted. A resolution adopted in the manner described in subsection 3 of this section shall take effect upon its signing by all members of the Supervisory Board or upon the expiration of 5 days from the date the draft resolution was sent to the members of the Supervisory Board at the addresses for service provided by them.”
3. § 37 of the Company’s Articles of Association has been amended to read as follows, replacing the previous wording:
“The Company publishes the announcements required by law in the Court and Economic Gazette.”
