Subject: Information on a transaction on the Company's shares obtained pursuant to art. 19 MAR
Management Board of VRG S.A. with its registered office in Kraków (the "Company"), informs that on August 29, 2023, the Company received from Mr. Jan Pilch, Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company, a notification of the transactions referred to in Art. 19 section 1 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (Market Abuse Regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Directive Commission 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC ("MAR").
