Subject: Withdrawal of the resignation of the managing person and consent of the Company to withdraw the resignation and further performance of functions until the end of the current term of the Management Board
The Management Board of VRG S.A. with its registered office in Cracow (the "Company") in connection with the current report of December 30, 2019 No. 52/2019, in which the Company announced the resignation on December 30, 2019 of Mr. Mateusz Żmijewski, Vice President of the Management Board with effect from March 31, 2020, informs that on March 30, 2020, the Company received a statement from Mr. Mateusz Żmijewski on withdrawing his resignation. At the same time, in the resolution of March 30, 2020, the Company's Supervisory Board agreed to withdraw the resignation of Mr. Mateusz Żmijewski and continue to act as the Vice President of the Company's Management Board until the end of the current term of the Company's Management Board.
