VRG S.A. with its registered office in Kraków ("Company"), pursuant to § 80 sec. 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state, informs about the change in the date of publication of the consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2022. which, in accordance with the current report No. 2/2022 of January 5, 2022, was originally designated for May 20, 2022.
The date of publication of the consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2022 has been postponed to May 18, 2022.
