Subject: Information on transactions in securities of the Company obtained pursuant to art. 19 of the MAR
VRG S.A. joint stock company with its registered office in Cracow ("the Company"), informs that on 18 April, 2019, it received from the persons discharging managerial responsibilities, i.e. from Grzegorz Pilch, the President of the Management Board, Mateusz Żmijewski, the Vice-President of the Management Board and Erwin Bakalarz, a Member of the Management Board, a notification of transactions, referred to in Art. 19 sect. 1 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (the Market Abuse Regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Directive Commission 2003/124 / EC, 2003/125 / EC and 2004/72 / EC ("the MAR").
