Subject: Information on transactions in the Company's shares obtained pursuant to Article 19 of the MAR.
VRG S.A. joint stock company with its registered office in Cracow (the "Company") informs that on 10 February, 2020 it received from Forum Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. (Forum joint stock Investment Fund Company) with its registered office in Krakow, a notification about the transactions referred to in Article 19 section 1 of the Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April, 2014 on market abuse (Market Abuse Regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC ("MAR") concerning a person closely related to the person performing managerial duties, i.e. to Mr. Jan Pilch, Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company.
