Subject: Notification regarding a significant block of shares
VRG S.A. with its registered office in Kraków ("Company") informs that on January 21, 2022 it received from Powszechne Towarzystwo Emertytalne PZU S.A. with its seat in Warsaw representing and managing the Open Pension Fund PZU "Złota Jesień" ("OFE PZU") and Dobrowolny Fundusz Emerytalny PZU ("DFE PZU") notification pursuant to Art. 87 sec. 1 point 2b of the Act of July 29, 2005 on public offering and conditions for introducing financial instruments to the organized trading system and on public companies, that as a result of the purchase transaction of 10,000 (say: ten thousand) shares of the Company, concluded by OFE PZU on the regulated market on the WSE in Warsaw on January 18, 2022, with the settlement date of January 20, the total share of OFE PZU and DFE PZU in the total number of votes in the Company increased by more than 2% of votes in relation to the last notification of OFE PZU.
