Subject: Appointment of a Nomination and Remuneration Committee in the composition of the Supervisory Board of the Company
VRG S.A. with its registered office in Cracow (the "Company") informs that today it has received information on appointment by the Supervisory Board of the Company of an internal Nomination and Remuneration Committee (the "Committee"), whose number has been set at three. The following members of the Supervisory Board were appointed to the Committee: Mr. Jerzy Mazgaj - Chairman of the Committee, Ms Grażyna Sudzińska-Amroziewicz - Member of the Committee, Mr. Jan Pilch - Member of the Committee.
