Subject: Candidacy of Mr. Jerzy Mazgaj to the Supervisory Board of VRG S.A.
VRG S.A. with its registered office in Kraków ("Company"), informs that on May 26, 2021, Mr. Jerzy Mazgaj and Krakchemia S.A. as shareholders of the Company, in connection with the item on the agenda of the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company convened for June 28, 2021 regarding the election of the Supervisory Board for the new term of office, they proposed Jerzy Mazgaj as a candidate for the Supervisory Board of the Company.
According to the submitted statement, Mr. Jerzy Mazgaj is a person with no criminal record for crimes under Art. 18 par. 2 of the Commercial Companies Code, does not conduct any activity competitive to the Company, does not participate in a company competitive to the Company as a partner in a civil partnership, partnership or as a member of a body of a capital company, and does not participate in any other legal person competing with the Company as a member of its body, is not entered in the register debtors who are insolvent and there are no known obstacles to run for the Supervisory Board of the Company.
At the same time, the Company encloses the received biographical note.
