Management Board of VRG S.A. with its registered office in Krakow (the "Company") informs that on June 3, 2020 adopted a resolution on the appointment of Mr. Radosław Jakociuk to act as the Company's commercial proxy authorized to act together with a member of the Company's Management Board (mixed proxy, referred to in Article 1094 § 11 of the Civil Code).
