Subject: Notification on significant blocks of shares
VRG S.A., headquartered in Krakow ("Company"), hereby informs that on September 28, 2023, it received a notification from IPOPEMA Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A., based in Warsaw ("Company"), pursuant to Article 69(1) in conjunction with Article 87(1)(5) and Article 87(3) of the Act of July 29, 2005, on Public Offering and the Conditions for Introducing Financial Instruments to an Organized Trading System and on Public Companies ("Act"). The notification states that as a result of an agreement concluded on September 26, 2023, between Mr. Jan Kolański, Colian sp. z o.o. based in Opatówek, Colian Developer Sp. z o.o. sp.k. based in Kalisz, and IPOPEMA 21 Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty Aktywów Niepublicznych, based in Warsaw and managed by the Company (collectively referred to as the "Agreement Parties") regarding the direct or indirect acquisition or subscription of shares in the Company, the aligned voting at the Company's General Meeting, and the pursuit of a lasting policy towards the Company as referred to in Article 87(1)(5) of the Act, the total voting rights of the Agreement Parties in the total number of votes in the Company have exceeded the threshold of 25%.
