Subject: First notification of shareholders about the intention to merge VRG S.A. with a subsidiary company BTM 2 Sp. z o. o. in accordance with art. 504 § 1 of the KSH.
Management Board of VRG S.A. with its registered office in Cracow, in accordance with Art. 504 § 1 of the KSH notifies the shareholders of the intention to merge with a subsidiary: BTM 2 Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Cracow.
