Subject: Information on transactions on Company shares obtained pursuant to Art. 19 of MAR.
VRG S.A. with its registered office in Cracow (the "Company"), informs that on April, 1, 2019 it received from Mr Michał Wójcik, the Vice-President of the Management Board of the Company, notification of transactions referred to in Art. 19 par. 1 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (regulation on market abuse) and repealing Directive 2003/6 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission directive 2003 / 124 / EC, 2003/125 / EC and 2004/72 / EC ("MAR").
