(previously VISTULA GROUP S.A., hereinafter referred to as the "Company") on the basis of the announcement of the Warsaw Stock Exchange of 19 June, 2019 hereby informs that in relation to the change of the Company's name from VISTULA GROUP S.A. (PLVSTLA00011) to VRG S.A., starting from 24 June, 2019, the Company's shares will be quoted under the abbreviated name "VRG" and the designation "VRG".
