Ernest Podgórski - Vice-chairman of the Supervisory Board

A graduate of the Faculty of Economics and the Faculty of Management at the University of Gdańsk, since 2007 a doctor of management science with a specialization in accounting. Statutory auditor, expert in the area of EU funds settlement. He completed a number of specialist courses in the field of IAS / IFRS, SOX, fraud audit, internal controls, corporate governance and the Uniform European Reporting Format (ESEF), including the XBRL language. Since 2008, he has been a member of the Accounting Standards Committee at the Minister of Finance. From 2019, he is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Author of a number of publications in the field of accounting and comments on the amendment to the accounting and tax law. In 2000-2003 he was associated with the University of Management in Gdańsk, from 2006 to 2018 a lecturer and researcher at the Sopot University of Science and Technology. He conducts lectures in the field of accounting and financial audit at universities, as well as obligatory training for statutory auditors in the field of KSRF, IAS / IFRS and IFRS. He actively co-creates the professional self-government of statutory auditors. In the years 2012-2015 as the Treasurer, and from 2015 to 2017 as a member of the National Council of Statutory Auditors. Since 2017, he has been a member of the Examination Committee for candidates for statutory auditors in Warsaw. From 2016, a member of the Supervisory Board and a member of the Audit Committee of Mostostal Warszawa, listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

According to the submitted statement, Mr. Ernest Podgórski meets the independence criteria of a supervisory board member set out in Annex II to the Recommendation of the European Commission of February 15, 2005 on the role of non-executive or supervisory directors of listed companies and on the committees of the (supervisory) board and additional requirements specified in Of the Code of Best Practice for WSE Listed Companies, attached to Resolution No. 27/1414/2015 of the Stock Exchange Supervisory Board of 13 October 2015.
